The Land and Sea Defense Team is a trade name of the Law Offices of Michael A. Haber, P.A..

 The attorneys who are associated with the "Team" have a combined practical experience of more than forty-five (45) years and have represented clients in thousands of cases. 

The Land and  Sea Defense Team was created to furnish the public with an association of independent sole practitioners who are each dedicated to providing competent, zealous and personalized legal services in a variety of areas of the Law, regardless of whether a given crime and/or a given cause of action originated on the land or on sea.

The attorneys who are associated with the " Team" have litigation experience in a variety of areas of legal practice ranging from criminal defense to plaintiff’s work on personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases to civil litigation to commercial litigation to transactional and general real estate to condominium law to bankruptcy and to family law, including dissolution of marriage, post-dissolution proceedings, child custody, modification and enforcement actions. 

The attorneys who are associated with the " Team" have independent physical offices in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, but offer their services throughout the State of Florida, with particular emphasis on Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. 

All of the attorneys who are associated with the "Team" are Florida lawyers in good standing who are both licensed to practice law, and who have practical experience, in both the State and Federal Court systems.
