Mr. Stanziale has been a practicing criminal defense and civil trial attorney since his admission into the Florida Bar in 1991. In addition to his State Court criminal practice, Mr. Stanziale also practices in Federal Court, having been admitted into the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida and having been granted pro haec vice admission into the Federal Bars for the Central District of Florida and for both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Stanziale has appeared as counsel of record in more than one thousand (1,000) cases which include a variety of felonies, misdemeanors, infractions and ordinance violations in both State and Federal Court. He has represented clients charged with manslaughter, money laundering, stock fraud, wire fraud, drug trafficking, white collar crimes, numerous violent felonies, as well as many other criminal related charges.

In addition to his criminal practice Mr. Stanziale also has a comprehensive civil practice in which he represents clients and their families in a wide range of personal injury and wrongful death related cases. He has represented clients who have been injured and/or died as a result of car accidents, product liability, medical malpractice, slip and fall, dog bites and various other forms of liability. He has procured for client's, by way of verdict and settlement, awards in excess of one million dollars ($1,000.000.00).

Mr. Stanziale earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Syracuse University in 1988 where he majored in Political Science and History.  Mr. Stanziale earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, at Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, in 1991. During his graduate education Mr. Stanziale worked for a locally prominent criminal defense firm. Subsequent to his graduation from Law School he work for an insurance defense firm, representing insurance companies and their clients in litigated cases. For the last ten years Mr. Stanziale has run his own litigation practice.
