As every case is unique, rates must be precisely tailored to fit each individual case.  Accordingly, Mr. Haber will only quote a fee at the conclusion of a free personal consultation. 

During such a consultation Mr. Haber will spend whatever time is necessary to evaluate the case by reviewing the Arrest or Probable Cause Affidavit and by interviewing the potential client, as well as any potential defense witnesses who the client may present at the time of the initial consultation.  A fee will be quoted based upon the complexity of the case and the estimated time which will be necessary to thoroughly investigate, prepare and present an effective and meaningful defense on the client's behalf.  

Mr. Haber charges flat fees (neither contingent nor hourly) and all fee agreements are reduced to a binding written contract.  Additional costs (i.e. necessary discovery expenditures for issuance or service of subpoenas, or costs relative to the retention or to the use of expert witnesses) are similarly discussed, agreed to and addressed in the written contract.
